By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment & Cancellations
If you don’t pick up your box, you’re still responsible for payment.
To skip a week or change your pickup location, you must make updates by Wednesday at 8 PM of that week.
Vacation holds must be placed at least 5 days in advance.
2. Pickup Policy
Boxes not picked up on the designated day will be donated. No late pickups.
Please bring your own bag and transfer your produce so we can reuse our wax boxes.
3. Substitutions
In the case that we’re short on an item, you consent to a reasonable substitution (for example, broccolini instead of broccoli). We make every effort to avoid substitutions, but when they’re necessary, we aim to offer something of similar type and value. You will be charged for the substituted item, but we do our best to ensure it’s comparable in price and quality so you’re still getting a great box.
4. Product Quality
We aim to provide the freshest, highest-quality produce, though fruits and veggies may not always look perfect. Our farmers don’t use synthetic pesticides or herbicides.
5. Communication
We’ll email you each week with what’s in your box and important pickup details. Please read these messages. If you're not receiving them, contact us right away.
